  • All carpentry works associated with rejoining the house structure
  • New roof covering usually colorbond, new galvanized steel battens
  • New fascia board usually colorbond
  • New spouting usually colorbond
  • Virtually externally complete
  • Permit applications arranged
  • Free insurance
  • 6.5 years statutory warranty (client pays application fee)
  • Free plan
  • Free existing carports, garages and verandahs (depending on the house)
  • Exceptional service and trusted advice assured
  • When you get it? Varies depending on availability but usually 4-8 weeks.
    Our works usually take 3 weeks from start to completion.
    What does it cost? From $50,000, with most below $70,000 for all described above.
    What else do you need to do before you move in (additional works)? Connection of services including:

  • septic tank or connection to sewer
  • Water tank or connection to water mains
  • partial or full rewiring (depending on the age of existing wiring)
  • eave lining
  • base boards
  • block up chimney hole
  • repair plaster (we usually supply free plaster if badly damaged)
  • update wet areas if required
  • painting
  • What is the total cost of the additional works likely to be? Depending on the availability of services to your land, usually $15,000 to $30,000. Less if you can do some of the work yourself.
